November is for New Things

Tis the season to celebrate! I know there are some die hard “no Christmas before Thanksgiving” people out there, but that just isn’t me. I’m a big fan of Christmas and one month isn’t enough time to enjoy all the beautiful aspects of the season. I love this season so much, my tree went up on November 1! But it’s just the lights right now. There’s something about the glow of Christmas lights that keeps me mesmerized at night. I’ll eventually finish the decorations, but right now, I’m enjoying the lights. Where do you land on the decorating debate? Are you decorating before or after Thanksgiving? I’d love to hear!

Writing Update – I have heard back from the Agent that I’ve been speaking with and she is in the process of reading my updated novel, but that’s really the only update I have. It’s a slow process! 

I spoke at a Novelist Retreat last week (on newsletters, nothing new!) and it was fun to be around other writers and encourage the creative side. 

Pofessional Update – I’ve been working to add some updates to my website! New stuff is on its way! Including a store – what?!? Most of what’s there will be to assist authors, but you never know what might pop up! 

This is the second time I’ve seen the Northern Lights and I can’t get over them! Look at this incredible sky. How can you look at this and not recognize there is a God?
